The firm Monguilod Advocats began its professional practice in 1983. Since then, under the direction of Carles Monguilod Agustí several lawyers and professionals of recognized prestige, qualified and with a wide experience. They attend everyone with the personalized attention he/she deserves in order to offer the best legal defence of individuals and societies. All issues where both, criminal lawyers and civilian lawyers (accidents, divorces, claims, etc.) are required will obtain professional response in our office. The professionals of Monguilod Advocats defend the interests of our clients giving the optimal legal response to achieve the best option to solve any issue or conflict.

The Firm is divided into two basic areas: Criminal Law Area and Civil Right Area 
As far as the Criminal Law Area is concerned the firm has more than twenty-five years of experience in the processing any matter related to this discipline, we are able to assume the legal defence of our clients in all the jurisdictions of Spain. 
Regarding the Civil Law Area, the firm assumes the legal defence of any matter related to this kind of specialty: Matrimonial Law (separations and divorces), Hereditary Law and any other type of compensation claim arising from traffic accidents or any other cause. 

We are on the third floor of an emblematic building inaugurated in 1996 located in the centre of Girona, it has more than 300m2 to offer the client a preferential and confidential treatment. We have modern equipped offices for individual visits and meeting rooms to provide all the needs that our clients request. Expiring with our aim of exceléncia we have established professional alliances in Barcelona with the renowned attorney mercantilist Joan Ignasi Sardà and in Madrid with Manuel Ollé Sesé criminal lawyer, Doctor and specialist in International Criminal law.
